What has been a natural practice on farms in the Ötztal for centuries is lovingly and carefully maintained at Veitenhof: Numerous organic products come from our own organic vegetable garden and farm-raised livestock.

At the certified organic guesthouse Veitenhof, a variety of organic products are grown and harvested from our own agriculture and garden – aromatic herbs and berries are also sourced from wild collection.

In the Tyrolean mountain sun, salads, vegetables, aromatic herbs for teas and dishes, as well as delicious fruits thrive in certified organic quality. The knowledge of crop rotation, sowing times, and beneficial insects remains essential to this day.

Organic vegetables grow and ripen in the garden of Veitenhof without genetic engineering or genetically modified organisms. Chemical-synthetic plant and storage protection agents are also a no-go – look forward to 100% controlled organic food!
